These Terms govern your use of Better IPTV (the "Service"), an application operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye. By downloading, installing, creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Better IPTV is — and what it is not

Better IPTV is a media player. It plays audio-visual content from playlists that you provide, in the industry-standard M3U/M3U8 and Xtream Codes formats. Better IPTV does not host, stream, distribute, resell, curate, index, promote, recommend or advertise any channel, movie, series, event or other audio-visual content. We do not operate any content delivery network and we do not have any contractual or technical relationship with the providers of the playlists you choose to use.

In legal terms, Better IPTV acts solely as a technical intermediary between you and the third-party source you have configured. Any content visible inside the app exists and is delivered entirely at the responsibility of the upstream provider you selected.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may authenticate you via email + password or via "Sign in with Google". You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

4. Acceptable use — your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and the streams you access through them, and for ensuring that your use complies with copyright, broadcasting, consumer-protection and other laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Service to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund where the violation is material.

5. Subscriptions, billing and consumer withdrawal

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered and billed by Apple, Google or another third-party store and are governed by the payment and refund policies of that store. Subscriptions auto-renew at the rates disclosed at purchase until you cancel them in your store's subscription settings. We do not hold your payment card details.

If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for digital services. Where you begin using the paid features before that period ends, you expressly acknowledge that your withdrawal right may lapse once the service has been fully performed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Refund requests outside the store's own policy can be addressed to [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

The Better IPTV application, its name, logo, designs, source code, documentation and website content are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws, and remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any particular playlist will work, continue to work, be lawful in your jurisdiction, or be free of malware originating with the upstream provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Better IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or content, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and for any non-waivable rights of consumers in their country of residence.

9. Responsibility for user-provided content

You acknowledge and agree that we have no editorial control over, and no obligation to monitor, the content made available through the playlists you configure. Any claim relating to that content — including claims of copyright infringement, defamation, illegality or inaccuracy — must be directed primarily to the upstream provider responsible for hosting or transmitting it. Our role is limited to providing the player software.

10. Third-party stores and services

If you obtained the Service from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service, and that, as between us and Apple, we (not Apple) are solely responsible for the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Similar principles apply to Google Play and other stores through which the Service is distributed.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would be unreasonably burdensome. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13) will survive.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.

The foregoing is without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer may have, under the law of their country of habitual residence, to bring proceedings before the courts of that country and to benefit from the consumer-protection rules of that country. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of such mandatory rights.
