Quick answers
- Getting started. Install Better IPTV from your platform's app store, sign in or create an account, then add your own M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials in Settings → Playlists. Better IPTV is a media player — it does not provide any channels, streams or subscriptions; you bring your own.
- Signing in on a TV. Open Better IPTV on your phone, tap the QR icon in the top bar, then scan the code displayed on your TV to pair the device.
- Managing devices. Go to Settings → Manage Devices to see every device signed into your account and revoke any you no longer use.
- Subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or request a refund, use your store's subscription settings — we do not hold a payment card on file and cannot charge or refund you directly.
- Subtitles & audio. In the player, open the CC / AUDIO menu to switch subtitle and audio tracks on the fly, when they are provided by the stream.
- A stream doesn't play. Playback depends entirely on your upstream playlist provider. Try another channel from the same provider, test the same playlist in a different player, or contact the provider — we do not operate the streams themselves.

Account & privacy
- Delete your account. Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Export your data / exercise your rights. Email [email protected] and mention GDPR, CCPA or KVKK as appropriate.
